ABOUT:
"Wondery Projector" is an innovative product designed to help improve mental health and well-being by bringing nature indoors for palliative care and extremely ill hospital patients who are often restricted from going outdoors due to their illness and condition of health.
The project brief was provided by The RSA (The Royal Society For Arts, Manufactures and Commerce) with the design outcome being produced independently at home during the Covid 19 pandemic, which I took as partial inspiration for the idea as many people were restricted from going outdoors during this period of time. "Wondery Projector" also has a giving back scheme in which a new tree would be planted for every "Wondery Projector" purchase. This project brief also focused highly on the use of sustainable materials in which "Wondery Projector" features biodegradable packaging produced from recycled materials.
