ABOUT:

"Waste Erased" is a smart, efficient service which focuses on successfully preventing food waste within Tayside Scotland. "Waste Erased" aims to carry this out by working with local Tayside schools, councils, supermarkets and the community to prevent food waste and stop the vicious cycle before it begins.
"Waste Erased" was produced as part of the group work project in relation to the University of Dundee Business Enterprise module within 3rd and 4th year studies that is available to all design students. This module took place during the Covid-19 pandemic with all group work being carried out entirely online, "Waste Erased" demonstrates how excellent communication skills and team work were present throughout the whole online process.
